A federal court of three judges in Washington, D.C has ruled the Texas photo voter I.D. law is illegal and cannot be implemented. It is expected the decision will be appealed. Brazil & Dunn represents the first parties to intervene in the case between Texas and the United States and were one of the lead lawyers at the week long trial in Washington, D.C.
